Who can take part
- You are a woman aged 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with stage I, II, or III breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of your body
- You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy or other treatment before surgery (neoadjuvant therapy)
- You are able to keep a daily food diary
- You have been cleared by a doctor to do light physical activity (not intense sports)
- You do not have a history of eating disorders or any chronic health problem that would prevent you from following a diet and exercise plan
