Who can take part

  • You have a new diagnosis of early breast cancer (stage 1 to 3) that has not spread to other parts of the body
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are scheduled to receive chemotherapy before surgery (called neoadjuvant chemotherapy)
  • You are not already exercising a lot (more than 150 minutes per week of moderate or intense aerobic exercise)
  • You are physically able to do moderate-to-high intensity exercise
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and do not have another active cancer or a past cancer treated with chemotherapy
