Who can take part

  • You are 21 years old or older
  • You have been diagnosed with high-grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC)
  • You have received at least one round of BCG therapy (the standard immunotherapy for this condition) and it has not worked
  • Within the last 12 months, you have received some form of bladder treatment (e.g., BCG or other intravesical therapy) or systemic therapy for your cancer
  • You are not planning to have your bladder removed (radical cystectomy)
  • You have not previously been treated with the study drug nadofaragene firadenovec and you are not currently in another experimental clinical trial
