Who can take part

  • You were brought to the Emergency Department by ambulance or helicopter for a serious injury.
  • You were admitted to the hospital because of a trauma (injury).
  • Your injuries were very severe, as measured by a score higher than 15 (this is a standard way to rate injury severity).
