Who can take part

  • You are a white woman.
  • You have been diagnosed with breast cancer stage 0, I, or II.
  • You are planning to have breast reconstruction surgery.
  • You are willing to follow all post-surgery instructions, such as not exercising too soon, wearing compression garments, and keeping all follow-up appointments.
  • You do not have mental or cognitive health problems that might interfere with your care.
