Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You must be in generally good health (no major medical conditions).
  • Your weight should have stayed within about 11 pounds (5 kg) over the past 3 months.
  • If you can become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you must agree to use effective birth control and not donate eggs or sperm until 6 months after the last dose.
  • You must not be allergic to any part of the study drug or have a history of severe allergies.
  • You must not have used any other experimental drug or device in the past 3 months.
