  • You have been doing structured weight training 3 to 4 times a week for the past 6 months.
  • You have regular monthly periods (this is used for scheduling test sessions).
  • You are willing to keep your normal diet and exercise routine during the study.
  • You have no recent muscle or joint injuries, and you are not allergic to creatine or maltodextrin.
  • You agree not to take any other performance supplements, anti-inflammatory medicines, or recovery treatments like massages or ice baths during the study.
