  • Your doctor thinks you need an ultrasound of your heart using a special contrast to look for a right-to-left shunt.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding, and if you could become pregnant, you are using effective birth control for at least a month before the study.
  • No allergy to polysorbate 80.
  • No unstable heart conditions or other serious illnesses that would make the study drug risky.
