This study looks at how cannabis affects the brain and mood in teens and young adults. It compares people who use cannabis, people with depression who don't use cannabis, and healthy volunteers to understand links between cannabis use and mental health.

Who can take part
- Be between 14 and 20 years old.
- If you use cannabis, you must have used it on at least 10 days in the last month and have a positive THC urine test.
- You may have depression or depressive symptoms (like sadness or loss of interest).
- You must not be taking psychiatric medications for at least 1 month (or 3 months for Prozac). Therapy is okay.
- No metal in your body (braces, pacemaker, etc.) and no claustrophobia to have an MRI.
- No current substance use disorders besides cannabis or nicotine.
