Who can take part
- You must have a type of lung or prostate cancer that is high-grade and has spread to other parts of the body, and it must have gotten worse after at least one standard chemotherapy treatment.
- You must have at least one tumor that is 2 centimeters or larger on a CT or MRI scan.
- You must be 18 years or older and willing to sign a consent form.
- You must be willing to have a biopsy (tissue sample) taken before and during the study to check for the DLL3 marker.
- Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function must meet certain minimum levels.
- You cannot have had severe allergic reactions to similar drugs or to X-ray dye, and you cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
