Who can take part

  • You must have a DLL3 positive neuroendocrine tumor, such as small cell lung cancer, that has grown or not responded to at least one standard treatment.
  • You need to be 18 years or older and have a good level of daily function (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor that can be seen on scans.
  • Your heart, lungs, kidney, and liver function must be within acceptable limits, as checked by tests.
  • If you have had cancer spread to the brain, it must be stable and not causing symptoms for at least 4 weeks before starting treatment.
  • You cannot have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B, or hepatitis C, or serious autoimmune disease needing strong immune-suppressing drugs.
