Who can take part
- You are female and between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of placental site trophoblastic tumor (PSTT) or epithelioid trophoblastic tumor (ETT).
- For Cohort A: Your cancer is stage IV, has come back after treatment, or no longer responds to chemotherapy.
- For Cohort B: Your cancer is stage I to III and you need chemotherapy after surgery, with risk factors like high beta-hCG levels, incomplete removal, or certain features seen under a microscope.
- You have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1), meaning you can do most daily activities without help.
- Your blood counts, liver and kidney function, and blood clotting tests are within acceptable ranges.
