- You are female and between 18 and 75 years old.

- Your tumor responded poorly (less than 40% shrinkage) to two cycles of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
- You have not had other cancer treatments besides those two cycles of chemotherapy.
- You are in generally good health (adequate organ function, no serious infections or heart problems).
