Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You must have advanced clear cell sarcoma (tumor marker HMB-45 positive) that cannot be removed or has spread.
  • You must have a specific genetic marker called HLA-A*02:01.
  • You must be in generally good health, with adequate organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and your disease must have gotten worse in the last 6 months.
