  • You are 18 or older
  • You are pregnant and have had it confirmed by a doctor or midwife
  • You have experienced food insecurity (worried about running out of food or actually ran out of food in the past year)
  • You speak English or Spanish
  • You are not currently enrolled in WIC
  • You are in the first trimester (first 3 months) of pregnancy
