- You are a woman between 21 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with a specific type of breast inflammation called idiopathic granulomatous mastitis (confirmed by a biopsy).
- You are not pregnant, not breastfeeding, and willing to use effective birth control if needed.
- You have no history of diabetes, cancer (in the last 5 years), or serious lung, liver, or kidney problems.
- You are not a carrier of hepatitis B or C, and do not have active tuberculosis.
- You have not taken steroids, methotrexate, or other immune-suppressing drugs in the last 3 months.
