This study is testing a new way to measure blood flow in the heart's small arteries (called caIMR) to help doctors decide on the best treatment for people with certain types of chest pain or suspected reduced blood flow. It is for patients who do not have major blockages but might still have issues in the small vessels or along a long segment of the artery.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 80 years old.
- You have stable angina (chest pain with activity), unstable angina (unexpected chest pain), or a concern that your heart is not getting enough blood.
- The main artery narrowing in your heart is less than 50%, and either a special measurement (caIMR) is between 20 and 30, or there is a long stretch of narrowing (over 20 mm) and another measurement (caFFR) is above 0.8.
- You have not had a stent placed before (called PCI).
- You do not have a history of heart failure, heart attack, or other serious heart conditions like cardiomyopathy or severe valve disease.
