Who can take part

  • Your baby is 6 to 8 weeks old at the time of the first dose.
  • Your baby weighs at least 3.2 kg (about 7 pounds).
  • Your baby was born full-term (at least 37 weeks of pregnancy).
  • Your baby has not already received any of the vaccines in this combination (diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, polio, hepatitis B, or Hib).
  • Your baby does not have a fever (100.4°F or higher) now or in the last 3 days.
  • You (parent or legal guardian) are willing to sign a consent form allowing your baby to participate.
