  • You are between 18 and 30 years old
  • You have no serious muscle, bone, or joint problems in your legs
  • You have not had surgery or a leg injury in the last 6 months
  • You have no skin conditions on your lower legs and are not allergic to medical tape
  • You have not done intense exercise in the 12 hours before the test
