Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have chronic nerve root pain in your lower back (confirmed by MRI) that has lasted for more than 12 weeks.
  • Only one leg is affected by this pain, and the other leg is healthy.
  • You have not had any surgery on your legs or hips, and you don't have other serious muscle or nerve conditions (like multiple sclerosis or peripheral neuropathy).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are not taking medications that affect muscle function (like corticosteroids or muscle relaxants).
  • You have not taken part in another clinical trial in the last 30 days.
