Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or older
  • You must have a newly diagnosed glioblastoma (a type of brain tumor) that hasn't been treated yet
  • You must not have had chemotherapy or radiation to your head or neck before
  • You must be able to care for yourself (KPS score of 70 or higher)
  • You must not have a current respiratory infection or permanent loss of smell from a past infection
  • You must be able to understand and participate in the study without language barriers
