Who can take part
- You are a firefighter from the Tonto National Forest or Phoenix Valley area (or a similarly active person)
- You are at least 18 and at most 65 years old
- You identify as male, female, or other
- You do not have heart, kidney, or liver disease, or had bariatric surgery
- You are not pregnant or lactating
- You weigh at least 110 lbs and your weight has been stable (no big changes in the last month)
