  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You were treated for a brain tumor, solid tumor, lymphoma, or leukemia when you were under 25.
  • You have been cancer-free for at least 5 years.
  • You are part of a specific long-term survivor study or have follow-up care at Curie Institute or Gustave Roussy.
  • You have health insurance (Social security coverage).
