Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You must have a type of advanced cancer (solid tumor or lymphoma) that has not responded to standard treatments or you cannot tolerate them.
  • You must have at least one tumor or lymph node that can be seen on scans (like CT or MRI).
  • You must be in reasonably good health, with your liver, kidneys, and bone marrow working well (based on blood tests).
  • You must not have untreated or active brain tumors that cause symptoms or need treatment.
  • You cannot have had prior treatment with a ROR1-targeted drug or a specific type of antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) that contains MMAE.
