Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have an advanced or metastatic solid tumor that has not responded to standard treatments, or you cannot have standard treatments.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (except for some prostate cancers that have spread only to bone – that needs special discussion).
- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and have adequate heart function (LVEF of 50% or more).
- You have not had a prior treatment that targets B7-H3 or certain other antibody-drug conjugates with topoisomerase inhibitors.
- You do not have serious heart, lung, or ongoing infection problems.
