Ankle Stretching for Knee Pain Relief

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You have pain in the front of your knee that gets worse when you run, squat, or climb stairs.
  • Your ankle flexibility is limited (less than 10 degrees of ankle dorsiflexion).
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 28.
  • You exercise at least 3 times a week.
  • You have not had ankle fractures, Achilles tendon tears, arthritis, gout, or any knee or ankle surgery, and you don't have other leg injuries or neurological problems.
