Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body
- Your doctor knows your tumor's MSI or MMR status (a special marker that helps predict response to immunotherapy)
- You have already tried and failed standard chemotherapy (fluoropyrimidine, irinotecan, oxaliplatin) or you could not tolerate them
- You are in fairly good health (ECOG score 0-1) and have adequate organ function
- You can provide a recent tumor tissue sample (biopsy or archived)
