Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 75 years old.
  • You have advanced or metastatic kidney cancer that has been confirmed by a biopsy or other tissue test.
  • You are able to provide a tumor tissue sample taken within the last 3 years.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like a CT or MRI).
  • You have not had certain treatments recently, including chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy, within a specific time before starting the study.
  • You must not have had a previous cancer drug called a camptothecin derivative as part of an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC).
