Who can take part
- You have advanced kidney cancer with clear cell features that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
- You have tried 1–2 prior treatments that included immunotherapy, and your cancer got worse or you couldn't tolerate the side effects.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0–1).
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample from a previous biopsy or agree to a new one.
- Your blood counts, kidney and liver function, and heart function are within certain healthy ranges.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 120 days after your last dose.
