Who can take part
- You have NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type, confirmed by a biopsy.
- Your lymphoma has come back or didn't respond to standard treatment with asparaginase chemotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (like CT or PET).
- You are 18 years or older and in generally good health (able to care for yourself).
- Your organs (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, heart) are working well enough based on blood tests and heart ultrasound.
- You have not taken certain drugs before, like JAK inhibitors, STAT3 inhibitors, or drugs similar to selinexor.
