  • Fatigue that has lasted more than 6 months
  • Got at least one COVID-19 vaccine and felt fatigue start within 2 weeks after
  • A blood test showing spike protein is still present or you have spike antibodies but no history of natural COVID-19 infection
  • Not pregnant
  • No history of schizophrenia
  • Not taking antidepressants
