Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old with a solid tumor that has a high level of a specific protein (αvβ6) on its surface.
- You have tried standard treatments for your cancer and they no longer work or you cannot tolerate them.
- You have a tumor that can be safely biopsied before and during treatment, and that has not been previously treated with radiation.
- Your cancer can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI) according to standard guidelines.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
