ReT01 cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

Advanced Solid Tumor

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests a new cell therapy called ReT01 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard treatments. It uses your own immune cells from a tumor sample to fight the cancer.

Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (like certain lung, breast, cervical, ovarian, liver, head and neck, or colorectal cancer) that has failed standard therapy.
  • You need to have a tumor sample taken that is large enough to make the therapy.
  • You must have at least one other tumor that can be measured on scans after the sample is taken.
  • Your overall health (ECOG score) should be 0 or 1, meaning you are fully active or only slightly limited.
  • You must not have had certain other treatments like prior cell therapies or live vaccines recently.

Trial uses your tumor’s immune cells for advanced solid cancers

This early-phase trial tests whether collecting immune cells from your tumor (tumor infiltrating lymphocytes) is safe and can help treat advanced solid cancers. It may help by strengthening your body’s immune attack on the cancer after standard treatments are no longer working.

GK01 cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests an experimental cell treatment called GK01 for people with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to standard therapies. The goal is to see if it can help shrink tumors or slow their growth.

Testing a new cell treatment for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests an injection of your own immune cells (tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) to see if they can fight advanced solid tumors like stomach or lung cancer. Doctors will remove one of your tumors, grow the immune cells from it, and then give them back to you.

Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors (KSX01-TCRT)

This study tests a personalized treatment made from your own immune cells (T cells) that are re-engineered to recognize and attack your specific tumor. It is for people with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to other treatments. If you qualify, you will have a blood draw and a tumor sample collected to create your own custom T cell therapy.

T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new therapy using your own immune cells, engineered to recognize and attack cancer cells. It is for people with advanced solid tumors who have no other standard treatment options.

TCR-T cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a new type of immune cell therapy called TCR-T that targets a specific genetic change (KRAS mutation) found in some pancreatic, colorectal, and lung cancers. If you have the right genetic markers and previous treatments haven't worked, this study may offer a new option.
