  • You are 18 years old or older
  • You can read and write
  • You have no vision or hearing problems that would prevent you from following instructions
  • You do not have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and you are not taking anxiety medication
  • You are not taking sedative medications
  • You are able to squeeze a stress ball with your hand
