Who can take part

  • You have high-risk prostate cancer, confirmed by biopsy (PSA over 20, Gleason score 8 or higher, or tumor stage T2c or above).
  • You are scheduled for robotic-assisted prostate removal surgery.
  • You had a special MRI scan of your prostate or pelvis within 30 days before surgery at our center.
  • You are in good overall health (no infections, autoimmune diseases, blood disorders, or other cancers) and have an ECOG performance status of 0 or 1 (fully active or able to do light work).
  • Your complete medical records and biopsy details are available.
