Who can take part
- You must be 18 years or older.
- You need to have either atopic dermatitis (eczema) for at least 12 months or plaque psoriasis for at least 6 months.
- Your skin condition must be moderate to severe, you've tried creams and they didn't work or you couldn't use them.
- You need to be generally healthy based on medical history, physical exam, and lab tests.
- If you could get pregnant, you must use two forms of highly effective birth control; if you're a man, you must also use two forms with your partner.
