Who can take part

  • Your child is between 6 and 12 years old.
  • Your child has a mild intellectual disability (IQ between 50 and 70).
  • Your child can follow instructions and take part in Pilates exercises.
  • Your child does not have any major physical or neurological conditions (like cerebral palsy or spinal cord injury).
  • Your child does not have severe vision or hearing problems that would make participation difficult.
