Who can take part
- You have a spinal cord injury (any level)
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- At least one month has passed since your injury
- You are either in inpatient rehab or living in the community
- You are not currently experiencing major depression
- You have no suicidal thoughts or plans
- You are not currently addicted to alcohol or drugs
- If you take psychoactive medications, your doses are stable
