Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 60 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 40.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You do not have diabetes, autoimmune disease, liver disease, bleeding problems, or underactive thyroid.
  • You are not allergic to fish or shellfish.
  • You are not taking certain medications like blood thinners, daily pain relievers, hormone therapy, or asthma controller therapies.
