Who can take part

  • Your stomach cancer must be the 'hepatoid adenocarcinoma' type.
  • Your tumor must have a positive HER2 result (1+, 2+, or 3+ by IHC).
  • Your cancer must be stage II or III (not stage I or IV).
  • You need to be healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1) and able to undergo surgery and the treatment before it.
  • You cannot have had any other cancer treatment before joining this trial.
  • Your tumor must not have a mismatch repair deficiency or high microsatellite instability.
