Who can take part
- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer confirmed by biopsy, staged as T3-4N+ with no distant spread
- Your cancer has HER2 protein overexpression (IHC 3+ or IHC 2+ with positive FISH test)
- Your cancer has one of three immune markers: PD-L1 CPS ≥1, EBV-positive, or microsatellite instability (dMMR/MSI-H)
- You have not received any prior chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for this cancer
- You are 18–75 years old with good overall health (ECOG score 0–1) and expected to live at least 6 months
- Your major organs (liver, kidneys, heart, lungs) function adequately
