- You are female and between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with breast cancer (stage I, II, or III) and finished your main cancer treatments at least one month ago.
- You are feeling mild to moderate anxiety or depression (not severe).
- You have not started or changed anxiety/depression medication in the past month.
- You are not currently using other treatments for anxiety or depression (like therapy or acupuncture).
