Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have a solid pancreas mass larger than 1 cm seen on a scan like CT or MRI.
  • You are scheduled for a biopsy of the pancreas using an endoscope and ultrasound (EUS-FNB).
  • You have no major heart or blood vessel problems that would make endoscopy unsafe.
  • You do not have a bleeding disorder or take blood thinners that can't be stopped.
  • You are not pregnant and agree to take part in the study.
