Who can take part

  • Your BMI (a measure of body fat based on height and weight) must be 25 or above.
  • You must be a student enrolled at the college where the study is being held.
  • You must be able to speak English.
  • You cannot have a history of eating disorders like anorexia or bulimia, or a current alcohol use disorder.
  • You cannot be pregnant or have been pregnant recently, and you cannot have had weight loss surgery in the past.
