How ultra-processed foods affect eczema in children

Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 6 months and 10 years old
  • Your child must be White/Caucasian
  • Your child must have a confirmed diagnosis of atopic dermatitis (eczema) OR be a healthy child without eczema
  • Your child cannot have other chronic conditions like severe infections, autoimmune diseases, or certain skin disorders
  • Your child cannot have scars, moles, or unusual skin spots on both forearms
  • You must sign a consent form allowing your child to participate
