  • You are a non-smoker or quit smoking more than 3 years ago
  • You are not currently taking medications for diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol
  • You agree to not change your usual diet, physical activity, and consumption of drinks like coffee, tea, wine, or yerba mate during the study
