Who can take part
- You must have a type of stomach cancer called gastric adenocarcinoma that has spread only to specific lymph nodes behind your stomach.
- You should not have had any previous chemotherapy or other cancer drugs for this disease.
- Your cancer must not be HER2-positive or have a high level of microsatellite instability (MSI-H).
- You must be in generally good health, with a performance status score of 0, 1, or 2 (able to care for yourself).
- You need to have enough organ function (like liver, kidney, and blood counts) as shown by recent lab tests.
- If you are a woman who can still have children, you must agree to use birth control during the study and for 12 months after treatment.
