  • You are missing a lower back tooth and have the opposite upper teeth.
  • Your upper jaw has all its natural teeth or full dentures.
  • You are between 30 and 60 years old.
  • You have healthy gums and enough bone for an implant.
  • You are willing to attend follow-up visits for the study.
