This study is testing a program called S.A.F.E. Firearm, which helps doctors and nurses talk to patients about safe storage of firearms to prevent suicide. It is being conducted at select clinics within two large health systems, and you can participate if you are a patient or a healthcare worker at one of those clinics.

Who can take part
- You are a patient at an adult primary care or women's health clinic, or you work at one of these clinics.
- The clinic must be part of Henry Ford Health or Kaiser Permanente Colorado.
- You must be 18 years old or older.
