  • You are having arthroscopic rotator cuff repair surgery (diagnosed with imaging scans).
  • You can understand how to use a pillow brace at home.
  • You speak French and have health insurance coverage.
  • This is your first rotator cuff repair on that shoulder (not a redo).
  • You have no other serious shoulder problems like severe arthritis or fractures.
